Notary Public Stamp / Seal Requirements:
Embosser or rubber-inked stamp. Required elements: the exact name of the Notary as it appears on appointment and the words "State of New Mexico” and " “Notary Public". The issued commission number and expiration date is also to be included. The STATE SEAL is required to be on the stamp.
A round rubber stamp is not permitted. The rubber stamp may not have a signature line. *An Embosser may NOT be used in place of the ink stamp.
Ink color should be capable of being reproduced clearly by black / white scan, photocopy or other visible and legible means.
