Notary Public Stamp / Seal Requirements:
Rubber-inked stamp. Required elements: A facsimile of the Great Seal of the State of Utah with Notary’s name as on the commission, the words "Notary Public", "State of Utah," the commission number and "My commission expires on (commission expiration date)". The notary stamp must also be surrounded by a rectangular border.
*Ink color: Utah code states purple ink and should be capable of being reproduced clearly by black / white scan, photocopy or other visible and legible means.
NOTE: An embossed seal impression may be used in addition to, but not in place of, the stamped seal.
